" We have gone from zero to like one hundred in like 3 weeks" He also added that they were fortunate to gain some help in the sales area with a new addition to the sales force. Last year towards the end of the season we had a chance to hire Larry Kreakie as a sales rep. Larry is a great guy from the Erie area who has a very strong background in sales, Not only from his short stint with an out of business glass block competitor from the Western NY area but from many years of sales and management with some local big companies as well. Lou says he is on the home show committee and that himself and his colleagues are meeting every 2 weeks until the show to make this home show the best it has ever been. Glass Block Specialties of Erie, PA is happy to announce the appointment of Louis A. Bruno to the Board of Directors of the Builders Association Northwestern PA.

The Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania is a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) supporting building and related trades in Erie, Warren, and Crawford counties. All members subscribe to a code of ethics that is recognized by the community they serve. Board members that govern the association are sworn in by oath and pledge.

Mr. Bruno was sworn in on Thursday November 19, 2009 and has been an active memeber since 1996. Mr. Bruno pledges to uphold the long standing traditions of the Builders Association and is very excited to introduce fresh ideas and a renewed participation level of its members.
